#PDM THE LAST BULLET TO POVERTY ... Minister

The Sebei Parliamentary Members of Parliament led by Area Minister of Water & Environment #MWEworks Hon. Sam Cheptoris & Hon. James Magode Ikuya the Minister of State for #EastAfrican Affairs encouraged the people of Kapchorwa to embrace PDM because it's the last bullet to poverty eradication in homes.

Parish Development Model PDM money is intended for the very poor people in parishes.
Each parish is to get 100 million for next four financial years, money is to be distributed among the registered groups and it's a revolving fund.
These PDM cash has an interest of 6% annually "
