CULTURE Day celebrations for the Sebei
Department of Community Based Services - Kapchorwa DLG headed by DCDO Ms. Harriet Aseko and partners organized this year's culture day for the Sebei Sub-region.
The function was held at Kapchorwa District Headquarter Grounds and was specially graced by the Commissioner Gender and Women Affairs - Ministry of Gender, Labour & Social Development and Representatives from UNICEF UNFPA .
